Join Josh Liles for a workshop where we will play with how to manipulate form (our bodies in yoga postures) so that our organs inside can function at their fullest potential. Expect a very hands-on study of how to find ‘effortless effort’ in your yoga practice and your life as well as how to use props effectively.
Josh will use familiar asana poses and infuse Katonah Yoga and Taoist principles to help you find strength, structure, and stability in your practice.
This workshop will enlighten and enliven your perspective on yoga and you will leave with techniques to explore on your own. All levels welcome. All you need is an open mind.
