Join Ari Halbert for an introduction to inversions and arm balances using methods of both Katonah Yoga and gymnastic conditioning. Through the understanding of metaphor, anatomy and biomechanics the workshop will cover practical exercises and progressions that pave the way towards inversions that can hold ground, withstand pressure under load, and embody the polarity of spaciousness, with roots grounding downward and branches aiming toward the sky!
