Experience the resonant grounding of being at home within yourself in this Hatha and yin + restorative yoga workshop balancing effort and ease. To cultivate heat then use that ripeness to our advantage, this workshop will weave together yang asana with juicy yin + restorative yoga. Sarah will integrate traditional poses with tribal movements, yoga nidra and pranayama, longer holds — to release protective holding patterns and fascial adhesions, adjustments, and Thai massage. This very clear, clean time opens us to greater receptivity, tenderness, and listening. It also balances our whole selves by supporting the parasympathetic nervous system. Students will leave with greater buoyancy and deeper reserves—physically and energetically.
