Even amidst the clamour of the holiday season, it is possible to carve out quality time for slowing down, warming up, and reconnecting to the sparkly, ever-radiant vivacity at the hearth of your home. This weekend will function as a mini retreat with practice, potables, pranayama and presence. Take personal time to keep your own home fires burning brightly.
We will move our lymph, open our lungs, feel our strength and stoke our fires. Saturday afternoon, we will learn some easy recipes for body, bath, and brew, including a miracle bath to keep your joints loose and skin soft under the winter layers. Every day I will whip up some seasonal infusions and elixirs to keep us warm and delighted.
