In our 4 hours together:
We will open with a dialog on YOU, Now, in Space, On the Line and Time, In the Round and the nature of Reflections and Revelations A full Invigorating Wholistic communal practice into Restorative/therapeutic work followed by Pranayama and Meditation then Opening the floor for Comments/Questions A Breakdown of many of the signature components of the Katonah Material including though not limited to:
The Magic Square
The Body as Abode for you and Spirit
Asana as Origami and why
The Triad, Polarity is mediated by Trinity, We will go into this one and I will include a simple way to use in your daily life
Conscious Adjustments: we will work on one another
A Reading of the Body for those who didn't attend our previous workshop
TAO into an ongoing conscious exploration of Great Nature/Personal Nature into the consideration of being/using everything in our lives, at our disposal, perhaps in an aim of becoming more evenly developed, freely functional, Joyful, Revolutionary Virtuous Human Beings and teachers.

Ivy Ray has been with Nevine Michaan and a core group of teachers for two decades processing, teaching and living this material. She was certified in her then 3 yr program in 2001. Ivy is a Mother, native New Yorker, singer, formerly signed recording artist, voice over talent, published songwriter and consultant. Her primary blueprints are Tao, Katonah Yoga and Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory. For 2 decades Ivy's focus has largely been private instruction and small system groups. Her teaching has spanned from elites in business, sports, literature, music and the arts, much therapeutics and all the lovely in between. Ivy has re-emerged as a unique voice in teacher trainings, workshops and sound meditations. Ivy’s life and teaching is continually informed by the magic and wisdom of what has been, the privilege and great joy of her son and the daily grace, grit and beauty of all things life.
