Unlike a communal practice, which is focused on playing with others, a self practice is centered around going inward and confronting our deepest selves through self study. In this workshop, participants will learn how to build and structure a sustainable self practice focused on longevity and health. More specifically, we will cover the following over our two hours together:
How to organize yourself, your time and space to support a sustainable and practical self practice that supports well being
Practice using props to your advantage.
Understand how to work with seasons, time of day, time of life, and intention to organize a practice that is personal and specific to your needs.
