Your body is said to show your psychological state and memories, while also expressing a deep history of what’s happened to you, where you’ve been, and how you’ve been influenced by your surroundings. Join Johnanthan to delve into the art of mapping out the body through the application of sacred geometry onto our physical form to see one’s physical expression as a metaphor for your existential experience.By learning how to carefully view posture, we can begin to see how we choose to be and are unconsciously influenced. In this workshop, students will learn to form a skillful personal practice to develop and sustain longevity, insight, strength, flexibility, and mobility. Students will leave with an understanding of the principles of Katonah Yoga - as they relate to form, functionality, and developing optimal movement and ease in postures.
