Join Brian Nygard In this 15 hour Katonah Yoga®️ Training. Together we’ll unfold the basic principles behind A Katonah Yoga®️ practice. The Weekend will outline key therapeutic postures, breath work, metaphor and Taoist theory used to enliven the imagination and refine ones psychology through physiology. We’ll work with props to set up a frame work that supports the organs and glands and practice making meaningful adjustments by learning work in joint space. We’ll learn to read and reference nature’s pattern in the body and use it as a compass to orient one self to experience joy and well-being.This 15-hour intensive is Open to all people and bankable for those seeking to become Katonah Yoga teachers. KATONAH YOGA® was founded by Nevine Michaan, and is a Hatha yoga practice refined over forty years, blended with Taoist theory, sacred geometries, pranayama, and meditation.
