Our state of mind shows up in our body mediated by our breath. This yoga is for everyone. Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced yogi, Katonah Yoga will give you tools to practice and inform your body to recognize and restructure your patterns, become more stable, able and capable to potentate your wellbeing. In this workshop, we will go through some core Katonah Yoga asanas, dive into Pranayama and become more aware of how we carry ourself and connect to the rhythm of our own vibration of joy.
Carlos Lu is a devoted yogi, author and yoga teacher who seeks to inspire others to live a joyful, easeful and graceful life. He has trained extensively with Nevine Michaan, Kia Miller and Abbie Galvin. He obtained his certification in Radiant Body Yoga with Kia Miller in Rishikesh, India and teaches at Katonah Yoga Center in Bedford Hills, NY.
