+ What is Katonah Yoga?

Katonah Yoga is a technique, not a type of yoga. Framing the practice, maps of time and personal space are defined and refined. Themes using asana as origami, manipulating form for function, and developing a sense of personal measure are incorporated in Katonah Yoga practices. It is inclusive and informative.

+ May I purchase a gift certificate for classes?

+ Are there different class levels?

Unless otherwise noted, all of our classes are “all level” classes. Our certified teachers guide students to experience Katonah Yoga at all levels in every class. We find this diversity creates a passionate and nurturing learning environment for beginners and advanced students alike.

+ Do you have guest teachers or special events?

We frequently have certified Katonah Yoga teachers from all over the globe teach special classes, series, workshops and trainings. You can find the schedule at katonahyoga/programs.

+ Does Katonah Yoga have a teacher training program?

Yes, for more information on how to become a Certified Katonah Yoga teacher, please visit katonahyoga.com/teach.

+ May I reprint any of the maps, charts or images featured in the library on the website?

Yes, please read the section on copyright and trademark usage. Katonah Yoga is open source. The Katonah Yoga material to be available for those who may want to use, make a copy or repost. Except for commercial use, you may reproduce the material and protect the copyright by using the attribution line as seen in these examples provided.

+ Do I need to sign up for the video library for the whole year? Is there a free trial option?

We now offer a monthly payment option for our video library and you can sign up directly on the page for $25 per month. You are welcome to cancel at any time, although your access to the library will end immediately upon cancellation.

+ Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship international orders manually. If you can please send the exact items and quantities you would like along with your shipping address to kiki@katonahyoga.com we are happy to place this order for you and send you an invoice.

+ Do you offer in person classes?

Our in person studio in Bedford Hills has transitioned ownership to friends Francesca and David, with Viale Yoga. Many of our same teachers and classes are still teaching here, along with a few new additions. Katonah Yoga Center will continue to operate online moving forward and you can find our weekly schedule of classes here, https://www.katonahyoga.com/class-schedule.
