The goal of this manual is to inspire you to practice and play on your mat. We encourage you to use your personal techniques and overlay them to the practice. Use your practice and ours to your advantage.

Drawing on Dages’ 22 years of teaching and scholarship in somatic praxis and yoga, these syncretic playing cards distill ancient practices into concrete and specific plays that can be done by almost anyone. Traditionally, breath work has been accessed almost exclusively in privatized, exclusive, and often expensive spaces: yoga studios, meditation retreats, and spa facilities. The bar to entry has simply been too high.
This deck offers short and effective exercises ranging from one breath to one hundred so that you play anytime, anyplace.

Payment Plans
If you would like to spread the total cost out over a 3 month period, please use the code “PAYPLAN” at checkout and we will set you up for auto-invoicing every 30 days.
Consignment
