Join us *In Person* for a 30hr Katonah Yoga Training at Viale Yoga in Bedford HIlls, NY

Teachers will include: Nevine Michaan, Melanie Hyman, Harriet Shreger, Marco Migliavacca + a host of Katonah teachers!

⁠This training will include Katonah Yoga theory, active and restorative practices, meditations, workshops and conversation. Each day we will move through physical practices with various teachers; breathing and theory sessions with Nevine.⁠

Learn and refine tools to measure up. Play well with yourself and others through concentration and radiance.⁠ Use the Katonah Yoga material well and build insight personally and in community.We are looking forward to being with you.⁠

Cancellation policy: in order for our team to handle logistics smoothly, we will honor full refund for anyone who needs to cancel up to 8 weeks in advance of the training. We appreciate your understanding.

*30hrs counts towards Katonah Yoga Certification
