Mystical Ecology of Personal & Great Nature

Your body is not separate from nature—it is nature.

Saturday, October 17th

11am - 1:30pm

All times EST

The water moving through your blood once flowed through rivers, lakes, clouds, and oceans. The minerals of your bones were formed within the breath of nature.

In this workshop, we explore the mysterious relationship between Personal Nature—your body, breath, mind, and implicit inner landscape—and Great Nature, the larger living world of which you are a part. Through asana practice, breathwork, and the power of vision, we will cultivate a direct experience of this connection. Rather than thinking about nature, we will sense it, embody it, and allow it to move through us.

Our exploration follows three levels:

Ground of Being Mandorla invites us to root into the body and reconnect with the elemental foundations of life. Through grounding practices, we rediscover strength, structure, and stability.

Sphere of Influence explores the dynamic relationship between our inner and outer worlds and how to navigate both. Asanas become tools of transformation—practices that help us refine our awareness, awaken our embodied imagination, and bring our Personal Nature into harmony with Great Nature.

Wraps for Rapture opens us to the larger cycles and patterns that sustain all living beings. As we align ourselves with these greater rhythms, a deeper sense of connection, coherence, and vitality can emerge.

Join us for an exploration of grounding, relationship, and belonging within the living mystery of life.

Recording available for 7 days

About Dominik Kesenheimer

Dominik Kesenheimer has been a certified Katonah Yoga® teacher since 2019 and a lifelong student of the relationship between the body, breath, mind, and the living world.

Drawing from his background as an educator, coach, breathwork teacher, and explorer of embodied traditions, Dominik approaches yoga as a practice of orientation and joy.

His classes invite students to refine their sense of measure, cultivate a deeper relationship with body, breath, and mind, and discover how personal patterns can become pathways to insight and transformation.

A passionate hiker in the German Alps, Dominik spends much of his free time walking mountain trails, listening to rivers, observing nature, and experiencing firsthand the rhythms of Great Nature.

For Dominik, yoga is not about escaping the world. It is about learning to participate in it more fully—with stability, practical tools, a larger vision, and a deep sense of belonging.
