Over the course of this two day training we will break down the language of Katonah Yoga, and how to apply it to a body through asana. Using metaphor and personal insight, we will explore how Katonah Yoga’s lens helps reveal the patterns that influence the personal expression of each pose. Through this understanding, learn how the archetype of a pose can serve as a guide for you and your students, helping everyone to find joy and move toward their potential.
